The art of authoring and researching are two inseparable topics dealing with quality of the publication, the one that is present to the reader or the educational end-user product in the form of scholarly articles or books. Any research with low qualities and standards of publishing will definitely go to its own fate on the emergence of rival papers concentrating on the same topic but with better publications' policies. In this case, ICDST tries to publish best possible papers among submitted ones in order to participate itself in the coming competitions of publishers. To motivate the authors, we have decided to give free OA publishing (meaning the fee is 0$) for top papers bring about more chances to good authors. This policy includes both the academic research papers and the review manuscripts intended to compile the state of the art methods concerned certain topics in engineering and sociology. So, the center calls on authors o participate in the publication by submitting their papers using the online manuscript submission system by cling the appropriate journal:
